CRB webinar series: Citrus Root Health
Dr. Ashraf El-kereamy will be talking about the common root diseases and pests of citrus and the importance of root health for healthy, productive citrus orchard. One DPR CE unit (other) and one CCA CE unit (IPM) are pending. To qualify for the CE units make sure to:

- participate in the entire hour session,
- respond to the polls/knowledge checks as they come up (if polls don't work on your device use chat to submit your answers),
- and respond to the final survey at the end of the webinar - include your name, license number, and email address.

Dr. Ashraf El-kereamy

Dr. Ashraf El-Kereamy joined UCCE in 2014 as Area Viticulture Advisor serving Kern, Tulare and Kings counties. In 2019, El-Kereamy was appointed Assistant Specialist in Cooperative Extension in the Department of Botany and Plant Sciences at UC Riverside. Prior to joining UCCE, El-Kereamy worked as a post-doc / research associate in the College of Biological Sciences at University of Guelph studying plant drought and heat stress tolerance in plants. El-Kereamy also worked as post-doctoral scientist in the Department of Plant Agriculture, University of Guelph, Vineland (2006 to 2008), where he studied the pathogenesis related proteins during plum fruit ripening. Further, he worked as a post-doc at the Department of Plant Science, University of Manitoba (2004 to 2006), studying the physiological role of ABA in plants.
