Why do you think there is so much discussion about Vit D deficiency lately? Are we just now testing for it? Are we outside less? sunscreen? Drinking less fortified milk?
what about calcium supplements?
What is the UL for Vit D?
It is my understanding that as people age we do not process vitamin B12 and everyone should take a supplement as we get older. What do you think?
Is there research on Colloidal Silver? It was recently pulled from Whole Foods and other markets, but it is still popular
I heard calcium supplements can cause heart problems.
Would UCCF or CFHL have capacity to create a series of brief social media messages about supplements. Encouraging healthy eating to boost the immune system.
Would you recommend taking a Vitamin D supplement and/or eating a Vitamin D rich food to help calcium absorption?
can osteoporosis be reversed with Ca supplementation?

I know CFHL promotes yoga as physical activity, but what is our future of promoting stress reduction overall, given this evidence?
Acknowledging the participant and thanking them for sharing and then adding a gentle clarification of what has been found in recent studies

Some sort of validation: “I’ve heard that too.” Before shifting.
I would always advice for my participants to consult their Physician. as well as talking about where that information comes from (VALIDATION)
I always bring it back to what we KNOW to be true. and say there can be harm with things we don't know thoroughly about, and you can never go wrong with balanced diet, exercise, sleep, stress reduction
Do you have any response for people who are now doubting science?
so if a supplement is approved by the FDA, that means the supplement is good to take because you will receive the benefits it states it does ?
Exercise can help osteoporosis. Weight lifting.
