EFNEP Breakout Meeting info
Breakouts at around 12 PM
Other items such as PA videos or recipe demo videos can be stored in Other Online Content folder
Is it possible to share items that have already been approved. For example, videos that are being posted on social media.
I'm creating recorded video lessons for third graders using It's My Choice...Eat Right!...Be Active! and it's going really well. The lessons are broken up into 3 parts (10-15 minutes each). Our teacher partner shares them through Google Classroom where students and families are invited to attend
Since we now have this online/zoom platform, would it be possible to shadow/attend some of our fellow educators lessons for adult and possibly youth?
Question- if we are developing "other video content" i.e. gardening at home but the video is in Spanish. Who do we send that to for review? Would the captions need to be translated to English and Spanish?
youre explaining it mary
seems like everyone is developing there own lessons.
Where are all of these videos being stored - is there one database we will all have access to once things are approved?
If the videos are already on our youtube do we need to get them approved now?
what is the state offices commitment to approving all the social media content? who do we send them to and whats the expected turnaround
I think Collaborative tools would be a good place to share items that have been approved.
need to have your ANR Photo/video releases
and what if we aren't creating lessons; but just short snip its.. like to promote harvest of the month or a recipe link?
right following the guidance but youre going to approve every post we have?
Does every social media post need to have state office prior approval before posting?
Nancy and others - we will provide some guidance about social media asap.
This reminds me of PowToon, here is a list of 16 other programs ppl can use to make explainer/animated videos. Some may be more user friendly than others.
Biteable sounds great!: Can we embed a Read Aloud story from a saved Zoom clip into one of those slide or template? Then, use Biteable in Zoom?
Biteable seems like a better version of PowToon
The preview generates a watermark for individuals who do not have a subscription
EFNEP can use the ANR color palette. It's On the EFNEP Branding page on the website.
Can we see a completed video?
Can Melissa's PPT be shared with us?

Giving Jen this much power could be dangerous! HA!
We expect that modifications will be made to lesson activities for remote delivery. Need to make sure that lesson objectives are met.

Kamal, we have an educator supporting one of our partners- Oakland Housing Authority- to distribute bags of food from the food bank to senior residents. under this new guidance, does this mean he can no longer do this?

Some of my drug and alcohol programs are all set up with social distancing and ready for me to come back.
Lori, is your CD allowing that
No we are not there yet Kamal

You will want to make sure to speak to your CD first as ANR staff
yes in your direct messages; but we don't know anymore about them
